Our Squarespace design process

1. Consultation: We meet to explore your needs and, based on what we learn, prepare a proposal.
2. Project booking: If you approve the proposal, we sign a contract with you, receive your deposit, and schedule your project start date.

1. Kick off meeting: We meet to explore your brand and business, confirm the content and pages you require, and learn about your design preferences and goals for the site.
2. Site content: We review all required assets and request upload to our Dropbox folder. We facilitate any required copywriting or photography.

1. Foundation: We present a mood board that explores potential colours, typography, and design elements for your site and a site style sheet.
2. Design: Your chosen style is applied to the first draft of your home page.
3. Client feedback: We proof the site and copy (if applicable) for review and revisions.

1. Edits and revisions: We implement your edits and feedback, working towards a final desktop design.
2. Mobile: Once we have signoff on the desktop design, we format your website for mobile.
3. SEO: We perform core SEO tasks to optimize your site for search.
4. Integrations: We integrate third-party software and social media accounts into your site.
5. Final checks: Once all edits have been finalized, we connect the domain and social accounts, check that links are working, and that the site is responsive on all screen sizes.
