THE ASK
Douglas came to us with a clear mission, but an underdeveloped digital presence. While Douglas had a website set up, he needed his site to reflect the depth of his coaching practice, speak directly to athletes and professionals alike, communicate his unique value, and serve as a launchpad for future offerings, content, and growth.
THE WORK
From the start, Douglas had a strong sense of his message, but needed help translating that into a cohesive digital presence. Through collaborative working sessions, we explored the pillars of his coaching practice, the emotional foundations of his work, and the unique position he holds as both a former MLB coach and an advocate for emotional intelligence in high-performance environments.
We helped shape the voice of his brand, one that reflects his grounded expertise, clarity, and quiet confidence, and then brought that voice into a new website built on Squarespace. Our team led all copywriting and messaging development, working closely with Douglas to capture his story and speak directly to athletes, leaders, and professionals navigating the pressure of performance cultures.
